CROWN LANDS (RESUMPTION)

VALIDATION ACT.

Act No. 31, 1920.

An Act to validate certain resumptions of land under the Crown Lands Acts; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 29th December, 1920.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South by and with the advice and consent of the Legis-

Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—•

1 , This Act may be cited as the "Crown Lands ("Resumption) Validation Act, 1920."

2 . Any notification in the Gazette of the resumption of land purporting to have been made in pursuance of and in accordance with section one hundred and ninety- seven of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, shall be and shall be deemed to have been valid, notwithstand- ing that such notification preceded the determination by
