No. III.
An Act to authorize the resumption of certain
dedicated Crown Lands. [11th September, 1867.]
WHEREAS by the fifth section of the Crown Lands Alienation Act of 1861 the Governor with the advice of the Executive Council is authorized to dedicate any Crown Lands for certain pur poses and in a certain manner therein specified And whereas certain Crown Lands in the Schedule hereto annexed have been duly dedicated under the authority aforesaid And whereas it is deemed expedient that such dedications should be cancelled and the said lands be resumed and revested in the Crown Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows:—
1. The lands in the Schedule A hereto annexed shall on the
passing of this Act be resumed by and shall revert to Her Majesty as fully to all intents and purposes as if the dedication aforesaid had never been made.
SCHEDULE A REFERRED TO.
1 . Ten acres in West and Murray Streets in the town of Wentworth dedicated for an
Hospital by notice dated the 2nd J u l y 1863 and published in a Supplement to the Govern-
ment Gazelle of the 16th J u l y of that year. 2. Allotment 3 of section 3 Parramatta containing twenty-nine perches dedicated as a
site for a School of Art s by notice dated the 27th J u l y 1863 and published in the Govern
3. Allotments 1 2 and 9 of section 5 Tenterfield containing together two acres
dedicated as sites for Roman Catholic Church School and Presbytery by notice dated the
2nd J u l y 1863 and published in a Supplement to the Government Guzette of the 16th J u l y
1 8 6 3 .
4. A n allotment containing two acres one rood and one perch in the parish of Field
of Mars at the north-easterly intersection of Ross and Fleet Streets Parramatta dedicated for
National School by notice dated the 4th May 1 8 6 4 and published in the Government Gazette
of the 6th May 1 8 6 4 .
5. Allotments 1 2 and 3 of section 1 0 in the town of Seymour dedicated as sites for
Church of England Church School and Parsonage by notice dated the 2nd J u l y 1 8 6 3 and

6. Nine acres one rood twenty perches on Oporto Road opposite to J . Brandon's ten
acres near Mudgee dedicated for a General Cemetery by notice dated the 2nd J u l y 1 8 6 3

7. Allotments 3 4 5 and 6 of section 6 in the town of Lismore dedicated for a National
| School by notice dated the 5th May 1 8 6 5 and published in the Government | Gazette | of the |

8. Seven acres one rood thirty-nine perches at Goulburn near W . Bradley's portion 7
of one hundred acres dedicated for a General Cemetery by notice dated the 4th May 1 8 6 4
| and published in the Government | Gazette of the 6th of that month. |
9. Allotments 4 5 6 and 7 of section 1 5 in the village of Robertson dedicated as sites
for Congregational Church School and Minister's residence by notice dated the 1st June

1 0 . Six acres one rood thirty-nine perches about 1 mile from section 7 town of
Narrabri dedicated for a General Cemetery by notice dated the 2nd J u l y 1863 and published

1 1 . Allotment 274 Hunter-street Newcastle containing one rood twelve perches
dedicated as a site for Municipal Council Chambers by notice dated 2nd October 1 8 6 6 and

1 2 . Part of allotment 19 of section 4 1 in the town of Orange containing one rood
dedicated as a site for a Mechanics' Institute by notice dated the 2nd J u l y 1863 and
