Act No. 38 , 1974.
An Act to authorise the transfer of certain lands in Mirrool No. 1 Irrigation Area from Douglas Lyle McWilliam, Glen Maxwell McWilliam, John James Albert McWilliam and Keith Stewart McWilliam to McWilliam's Wines Pty. Limited; for this purpose to amend the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 23rd April, 1974.]

| BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative | Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in |
| Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— |
This Act may be cited as the "Crown Lands (Removal
of Restriction on Transfer) Act, 1974".
(1) Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, a holding specified in the Schedule may be transferred pursuant to that Act from the holder specified opposite that holding to McWilliam's Wines Pty. Limited.
2.
(2 ) In this section "holder" includes an executor or
administrator of a holder.
