CROWN LANDS (REMOVAL OF RESTRICTION ON

TRANSFER) ACT.

Act No. 25, 1959.

An Act to make certain provision in respect of the proposed transfer of certain land from Oscar Isaac Bell to Gundagai Asparagus Co-operative Limited; for this purpose to amend the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, as amended by subsequent Acts; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 25th November, 1959.]

BE	it: enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as
follows: —

This Act may be cited as the "Crown Lands (Removal of Restriction on Transfer) Act, 1959."

The provisions of section two hundred and seventy-two of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, as amended by subsequent Acts, shall not apply to any transfer of the land specified in the Schedule to this Act from Oscar Isaac Bell to Gundagai Asparagus Co-operative Limited.
