CROWN LANDS (HOMESTEAD

SELECTION) VALIDATION ACT.

Act No. 30, 1934.

An Act to validate the title to a certain homestead selection. [Assented to, 9th November, 1934.]

BE it enacted by t h e King's Most Excellent Majesty, lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South by and with the advice and consent of t he Legis­	Wales in Par l iament assembled, and b y the author i ty of
the same, as follows :—
1. This Act may be cited as the " Crown Lands (Homes tead Selection) Val idat ion Act, 1934."
2. (1) The notification da ted the twenty-first day of Ju ly , one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, appea r ing in the Gazette No. 130 of the same date a t page 4242, pu rpo r t i ng to forfeit the in te res t of Wil l iam George Ellenden in Homestead Selection No. 1907/4, Land Dis t r ic t of Armidale , of sixty-five acres one rood, and embracing por t ion 396, P a r i s h of Metz, County of Sandon, Shi re of Dumaresq, shall as from the da te of the said notification be deemed to be an effective forfei ture of the said Wil l iam George E l lenden ' s in teres t in such Homes tead Selection.
(2) The Homestead Gran t to Wil l iam George Ellenden, regis tered volume 2366, folio 79, in the office of the Regis t ra r -Genera l is hereby cancelled and the Regis t ra r -Genera l shall note the fact of such cancellation thereon.

Homestead Selection 1917/1, Land Dis t r ic t of Armidale , now compris ing the same por t ion shall be deemed to be as valid as if the land therein comprised had on the s ix teenth day of Ju ly , one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, been Crown land available for applicat ion for homestead selection.
