His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following

By-law under the Crown Lands Act 1989.

Explanatory note
The objects of this By-law are as follows:

(a)	to extend the application of the Crown Lands (General Reserves) By-law 2006 (the principal By-law) to a further 38 reserves,
(b)	to update references to the locations, names and descriptions of certain reserves, and to the corporate names of trustees for certain reserves, to which the principal By-law applies,
(c)	to omit reference to Broken Head Reserve as a reserve to which the principal By-law applies (its reserve status having been revoked).

This By-law is made under section 128 of the Crown Lands Act 1989.
