CROWN LANDS (CONDITIONAL PUR­

CHASES TRANSFER) ACT.
Act No. 6, 1948.

An Act to make certain provisions in respect of the proposed transfer of certain conditional purchases from Martha Marcella McLeod, administratrix of the Estate of Murdo McLeod, deceased, to the Australian Chilling and Freezing Company Limited; for this purpose to amend the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, as amended by subsequent Acts; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 22nd April, 1948.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South. by and with t he advice and consent of the Legis­	Wales in Par l iament assembled, and by the au thor i ty of
the same, as follows :—
1 . This Act may be cited as the " Crown Lands (Condit ional Purchases Trans fe r ) Act, 1948 ."
2 . The provisions of section two hundred and seventy- two of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, as amended by subsequent Acts , shall no t apply to any t r a n s f e r of the lands re fer red to in the Schedule to this Act from M a r t h a Marcella McLeod, admin i s t r a t r ix of the

Chilling and Freez ing Company Limited.
