CROWN LANDS (CONDITIONAL PURCHASE AND

HOMESTEAD FARM TRANSFER) ACT.

Act No. 22, 1952.

An Act to make certain provisions in respect of the proposed transfer of certain holdings from The Batlow Packing House Co-operative Limited to Gundagai Asparagus Co-operative Limited; for this purpose to amend the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, as amended by subsequent Acts; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 13th October, 1952.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­	lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South
Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. This Act may be cited as the "Crown Lands (Conditional Purchase and Homestead Farm Transfer) Act, 1952."

(1) The provisions of section two hundred and seventy-two of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, as amended by subsequent Acts, shall not apply to any transfer of the conditional purchase specified in the Schedule to this Act from The Batlow Packing House Co-operative Limited to Gundagai Asparagus Co-opera­ tive Limited.

(2) The provisions of section two hundred and seventy-four of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1913, as amended by subsequent Acts, shall not apply to any transfer of the homestead farm specified in the Schedule to this Act from The Batlow Packing House Co-operative Limited to Gundagai Asparagus Co-operative Limited.
