1 . This A c t may be cited as the " Crown L a n d s

A m e n d m e n t (Disposal) Act , 1923 , " and shall be con­

s t rued wi th t he Crown Lands Consolidation Ac t , 1913,
here inaf ter referred to as the Pr inc ipa l Act .

2 .      (1) The Pr inc ipa l Ac t is amended as follows :—

(a) By inser t ing in section 25 as inserted by

t h e Crown Lands ( A m e n d m e n t ) Act, 1917,

af ter t he words " deal t wi th " the words " a s if it had been acquired under t he Closer

(2) T h e said sections of the Pr inc ipa l Ac t as amended by th is Act shal l app ly to land acqui red before as well as after t he passing of this Ac t . P U B L I C
