CROWN LANDS ACT 1989—REGULATION
(Relating to fees and deposits)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Crown Lands Act 1989, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 1 February 1992.
Amendments
2. The Crown Lands Regulation 1990 is mended:
(a) by omitting Schedule 1 and by inserting instead the following

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this Regulation is to amend the Crown Lands Regulation 1990 to update (in line with inflation and changes in assessments of work involved) the Schedule of prescribed fees and deposits to be paid under the Crown Lands Act
1989.
The Regulation also makes a minor correction to the schedule of minerals to the
Crown Lands Regulation 1990.
