CROWN LANDS ACT 1989—BY-LAW

(Relating to the Presbyterian Portion of the Liverpool General Cemetery)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Crown Lands Act 1989, has been pleased to

make the By-law set forth hereunder.

Amendment

1. The Crown Lands (General Cemetery) By-law 1991 is amended by

inserting in Schedule 1, in alphabetical order, the following words:

Liverpool General Cemetery, Presbyterian Portion

Repeal

2. The Liverpool General Cemetery (Presbyterian Portion) By-law

1984 is repealed.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this By-law is to extend the application of the Crown Lands (General Cemetery) By-law 1991 to the Presbyterian Portion of the Liverpool General Cemetery and to repeal the Liverpool General Cemetery (Presbyterian Portion) By-law 1984.
