CROWN LANDS ACT 1989—BY-LAW

(Relating to Botany Cemetery)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Crown Lands Act 1989, has been pleased to make the By-law set forth hereunder.

The Crown Lands (General Cemetery) By-law 1991 is amended by

inserting in Schedule 1, in alphabetical order, the following words:

Botany Cemetery

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this By-law is to extend the application of the Crown Lands (General Cemetery) By-law 1991. which contains provisions relating to the management of cemeteries, to the Botany Cemetery.

This By-law is made under section 128 of the Crown Lands Act 1989.
