An Act to amend the Twelfth Clause of the Crown Lcands

Consoliddon Act.

[Assented to 31st July, 18'78.1

HEREAS it is expedient to amend the Twelfth Clause of the Preamble-

the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice

W Crown Lands Consolidation Act-Be it therefore Enacted by

and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of

the said Province, in the present Parliament assembled:

Clause 12 of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act shall be read Proviso to clause 12

and construed as if the following words were added to such clause: Consolidation Act,

of Crown Lands

'Trovidcd that nothing in this' clause as to no one Section c~ntaining a greater are'a than five hundred acres shall apply to any land that may have been surveyed previous to the coming into operation of this Act."
