Crown Land (Reserves) (Tour Operator Licence Fee) Amendment Regulations 2018
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Crown Land (Reserves) (Tour Operator Licence Fee) Regulations 2011 to reflect amendments made to the Crown Land (Reserves) Act1978 by the Parks Victoria Act 2018.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 31 of the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978.
3Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 12 September 2018.
4Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Crown Land (Reserves) (Tour Operator Licence Fee) Regulations 2011[1] are called the Principal Regulations.
5Reduction, waiver or refund of licence fees
(1)In regulation 17(1) and (4) of the Principal Regulations, for "Secretary" substitute "relevant land manager".
(2)In regulation 17(3) of the Principal Regulations, for "the Secretary, on his or her own motion," substitute "the relevant land manager, on the relevant land manager's own motion,".
(3)After regulation 17(4) of the Principal Regulations, insert—
"(5)In this regulation, relevant land manager means—
(a)in relation to Parks Victoria recorded land, Parks Victoria; or
(b)in relation to land managed by a committee of management appointed under section 14 of the Act constituted by Parks Victoria, Parks Victoria; or
(c)for all other land, the Secretary.".
