(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Criminology Research Act 1971.

Interpretation

1. Regulation 3 of the Criminology Research Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “Acts” and substituting “Act”.

Appropriate Minister

2. Regulation 4 of the Criminology Research Regulations is amended by omitting from the second column of the table in that regulation “Minister of Justice” and substituting “Attorney-General”.
