I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Criminology Research Act 1971.

The appropriate Minister

Regulation 4 of the Criminology Research Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) “Correctional Services” and substituting “Health and Community Services”.
