(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Criminology Research Act 1970.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Criminology Research Regulations.

The appropriate Minister

2. Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) “Health and Community Services” and substituting “Correctional Services”.

Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from item 3 “Minister for Justice and Attorney-General” and substituting “Attorney-General”.
