Criminal Property Confiscation Amendment

Regulations 2014

Regulations 2000.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Criminal Property Confiscation
Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Criminal Property Confiscation

4.             Regulation 3 amended

After regulation 3(g) insert:

(ha) the Criminal Proceeds Confiscation Act 2002

(Queensland);

5.            Regulation 4 amended

After regulation 4(k) insert:

(la) a forfeiture order under Criminal Proceeds

Confiscation Act 2002 (Queensland) section 58;

(lb) a serious drug offender confiscation order

under Criminal Proceeds Confiscation Act 2002 (Queensland) section 93ZZB;

(ic) a forfeiture order under Criminal Proceeds

Confiscation Act 2002 (Queensland)

section 151;

(id) a tainted property substitution declaration under

Criminal Proceeds Confiscation Act 2002
(Queensland) section 153D;

(le) a direction under Criminal Proceeds Confiscation Act 2002 (Queensland) section 164;

(if) a special forfeiture order under Criminal

Proceeds Confiscation Act 2002 (Queensland)
section 202;

6.            Regulation 5 amended

After regulation 5(h) insert:

(Ia) a proceeds assessment order under Criminal

Proceeds Confiscation Act 2002 (Queensland)

section 78;

(ib) an unexplained wealth order under Criminal

Proceeds Confiscation Act 2002 (Queensland)

section 89G;

(Ic) a pecuniary penalty order under Criminal

Proceeds Confiscation Act 2002 (Queensland)

section 184;

(Id) a special forfeiture order under Criminal

Proceeds Confiscation Act 2002 (Queensland)
section 202;

7.            Regulation 6 amended
