Criminal Property Confiscation Amendment

Regulations 2004

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

the Northern Territory;

These regulations may be cited as the Criminal Property
Confiscation Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Criminal
Property Confiscation Regulations 2000*.

3.             Regulation 3 amended

Regulation 3(e) is deleted and the following paragraph is inserted instead —

(e) the Criminal Property Forfeiture Act 2002 of

4.            Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4(g) is deleted and the following paragraphs are inserted instead —

44

(g) a forfeiture declaration under section 94 of the Criminal Property Forfeiture Act 2002 of the Northern Territory;

(ga) a forfeiture order under section 96, 97, 99, 100

or 101 of the Criminal Property Forfeiture

Act 2002 of the Northern Territory;

5. Regulation 5 amended
Regulation 5(1) is deleted.

6.            Regulation 6 amended

Regulation 6(f) is deleted and the following paragraph is inserted instead —

(f) a restraining order under section 43 or 44 of the

Criminal Property Forfeiture Act 2002 of the

Northern Territory;
