Criminal Proceeds Confiscation and Other Acts Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Criminal Proceeds Confiscation and Other Acts Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2010 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 23 February 2011. (2) In this section— postponed law means the CriminalProceedsConfiscationandOtherActsAmendmentAct2009 , part 4 other than the following— section 70 section 74(2) to the extent it inserts new section 21(1)(d) and (e) in the Security Providers Act 1993 . Editor’s note The postponed law now automatically commences on 24 February 2011. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 25 February 2011.
