I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Criminal Procedure (Police Custody of Property) Amendment Act 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 13 December 1991 as the day on which that Act commences.
