Criminal Procedure Amendment Rules 2001

Made by the Judges of the Supreme Court.

1.             Citation

These rules may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Amendment
Rules 2001.

2.             The Criminal Procedure Rules 2000 amended

Rule 16 of the Criminal Procedure Rules 2000* is repealed and the following rule is inserted instead —

“

16.           Application

(1)	This Part applies if a corporation is an accused.
(2)	In this rule — “corporation” means a corporation within the

meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 of the the meaning of that Act.
