Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

I.            Citation

These regulations are the Criminal Procedure Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2016.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows —
These regulations amend the Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005.
4.	Schedule lA amended In Schedule IA insert in alphabetical order:
Health Services Act 2016 N. HAGLEY, Clerk of the Executive Council.

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended
