Criminal Procedure Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Criminal Procedure Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2007.

Note:  Under the Interpretation Act 1984 section 41(1)(b), these regulations
come into operation on the day on which they are published in the
Gazette.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Criminal
Procedure Regulations 2005.

3.             Schedule 1A amended

Schedule 1A is amended by inserting in the appropriate
alphabetical position the following item —

“ Child Care Services Act 2007 ”.
