Criminal Practice Amendment Rule (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This rule may be cited as the Criminal Practice Amendment Rule (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Rules amended This rule amends the Criminal Practice Rules 1999. 3 Amendment of sch 3 (Forms for indictments, informations and complaints—statement of offences under the Code) (1) Schedule 3, form 165— omit. (2) Schedule 3— insert— ‘Form 175 Endangering the life of a child (Section 326. Endangering life of children by exposure) Unlawfully abandoned ( or exposed) EF, a child under 7, causing the life of EF to be ( or likely to be) endangered ( or the health of EF to be ( or likely to be) permanently injured).’.
