Criminal Law Regulation 2024

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Criminal Law Regulation 2024.

2   Other institution in which person may be detained—Act, s 18

For the Act, section 18(14), definition institution, paragraph (b), The Park–Centre for Mental Health is prescribed.

3   Regulation repealed

The Criminal Law Regulation 2014, SL No. 156 is repealed.
