Made under the Criminal Law (Mental Impairment) Act 2023 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

This proclamation is the Criminal Law (Mental Impairment) Act 2023 Commencement Proclamation 2024.

2.Commencement

The Criminal Law (Mental Impairment) Act 2023, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 1 September 2024.
