Criminal Law (Criminal Organisations Disruption) and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Criminal Law (Criminal Organisations Disruption) and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2014 . 2 Postponed commencement of Act, pts 8, 14 and 24 (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 1 July 2015. (2) In this section— postponed law means the CriminalLaw(CriminalOrganisations Disruption) and Other Legislation AmendmentAct 2013 , parts 8, 14 and 24. Editor’s note The postponed law now automatically commences on 2 July 2015. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 3 July 2015.
