Made under the Criminal Law Amendment (Home Burglary and Other Offences) Act 2015 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Criminal Law Amendment (Home
Burglary and Other Offences) Act 2015 Commencement
Proclamation 2015.

2.            Commencement (other than Part 1)

The Criminal Law Amendment (Home Burglary and Other
Offences) Act 2015, other than Part 1, comes into operation on the
day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the
Gazette.
