[L.S.) guished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Queen's Counsel, Governor of the State of Western Australia.

I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act 1991, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 10 February 1992, as the day on which sections 4 and 7 and Parts 4 and 5 of that Act shall come into operation.
