Criminal Investigation (Identifying People)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2015

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Criminal Investigation (Identifying
People) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2015.
Delete regulation 3(1) and (2).

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Criminal Investigation (Identifying
People) Regulations 2002.

4.            Regulation 3 amended

5.            Regulation 6 amended

In regulation 6 in the Table delete "Sections 95A and 95B of the Prisons (Correctional Services) Act of the Northern Territory" and insert:

Correctional Services Act 2014 (Northern Territory) sections 5 1 and 52

6. Regulation 7 amended
In regulation 7 delete the Table and insert:
