Criminal Investigation (Identifying People)
(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b)
the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. Amendment Regulations 2017

1. Citation
These regulations are the Criminal Investigation (Identifying
People) Amendment Regulations 2017.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows —
23 June 2017 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 3187 3. Regulations amended
These regulations amend the Criminal Investigation (Identifying
People) Regulations 2002.4. Regulation SA replaced
Delete regulation 5A and insert:
5A. Disclosure of identifying information (s. 73(1)(n)) For section 73(l)(n) of the Act, the following purposes are prescribed -
(a) the Australian Crime Commission's national policing information functions under the Australian Crime Commission Act 2002 (Commonwealth);
(b) a review, special inquiry or investigation under the Public Sector Management Act 1994
