Criminal Investigation (Identifying People) Act 2002

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Criminal Investigation (Identifying People)

Amendment Regulations 2009

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Criminal Investigation (Identifiling
People) Amendment Regulations 2009.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Criminal Investigation (Ident(fying People) Regulations 2002.
4.	Regulation 5 amended In regulation 5:

(a) in paragraph (b) delete "Commonwealth." and insert

Commonwealth; or

(b)

after paragraph (b) insert:

(c)	a person appointed under the Fisheries Management Act 1991 (Commonwealth) section 83 to be an officer for the purposes of that Act; or
(d)	Migration

a person authorised under the officer for the purposes of carrying out identification tests under that Act.
