This proclamation is the Criminal Investigation (Identifying
People) Amendment Act 2013 Commencement
Proclamation 2014.

2.            Commencement

The Criminal Investigation (Identifiling People) Amendment on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.

Note:	Under the Criminal Investigation (Identifring People) Amendment Regulations 2014 regulation 2(b), regulation 4 of those regulations comes into operation on the day on which the Criminal Investigation (Identifying People) Amendment Act 2013 section 28
comes into operation.
