Criminal Investigation (Covert Powers)

Amendment Regulations 2014

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Criminal Investigation (Covert
Powers) Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	Criminal Code Amendment (Unlawful Possession)

the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the the day of publication, whichever is the later.

In regulation 5(1)(b) delete "428,". N. HAGLEY, Clerk of the Executive Council.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Criminal Investigation (Covert
Powers) Regulations 2013.
