CRIMINAL INJURIES COMPENSATION AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1997

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Criminal Injuries Compensation Amendment Regulations 1997.
Principal regulations
1985* are referred to as the principal regulations. 2. In these regulations the Criminal Injuries Compensation Regulations

Regulation 3 amended

3.     Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting

after -

the,, regulation designation "3." the subregulation designation

(a) "(1) ; and
(b) the existing regulation the following subregulation -

"

regulations includes a reference to an acting Chief Assessor (2) A reference to the Chief Assessor in these

and to an Assessor.

Regulation 7 amended

4.      Regulation 7 (1) of the principal regulations is amended -

Chief ".
(a) by inserting before "Assessor" in paragraphs (a) and (d) the following -

Chief ";and

(b)

in paragraph (b) by deleting "Under Secretary for Law" and substituting the following -

chief executive officer ".

Regulation 8 amended

5.      Regulation 8 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting before

"Assessor" the following -

" Chief ".

Regulation 11 amended

6.      Regulation 11 (1) of the principal regulations is amended by inserting

before "Assessor" the following -

Schedule amended

7.      The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in Form 1 by inserting before "Assessor" in each place where it

occurs the following —

" Chief "; and

(b)

in Form 2 by inserting before "Assessor" the following — " Chief ".
