Criminal Code (Terrorist Organisation—Jemaah Anshorut Daulah) Regulations 2018 (Cth)

This instrument is the
Criminal Code (Terrorist Organisation—Jemaah Anshorut Daulah) Regulations 2018 .
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the
Criminal Code Act 1995 .
(1) For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of
terrorist organisation in subsection 102.1(1) of theCriminal Code , the organisation known as Jemaah Anshorut Daulah is specified.(2) Jemaah Anshorut Daulah is also known by the following names:
(a) JAD;
(b) Jamaah Ansharet Daulat;
(c) Jamaah Ansharud Daulah;
(d) Jamaah Ansharut Daulah;
(e) Jamaah Ansharut Daulat.
