1Name

This instrument is the Criminal Code (Terrorist Organisation—Jemaah Anshorut Daulah) Regulations 2018.

2Commencement

1. (1)

   Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

4Terrorist organisation – Jemaah Anshorut Daulah

1. (1)

   For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of terrorist organisation in subsection 102.1(1) of the Criminal Code, the organisation known as Jemaah Anshorut Daulah is specified.

2. (2)

   Jemaah Anshorut Daulah is also known by the following names:

   1. (a)

      JAD;

   2. (b)

      Jamaah Ansharet Daulat;

   3. (c)

      Jamaah Ansharud Daulah;

   4. (d)

      Jamaah Ansharut Daulah;

   5. (e)

      Jamaah Ansharut Daulat.
