4Terrorist organisation – Islamic State in Libya
  1. (1)

    For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of terrorist organisation in subsection 102.1(1) of the Criminal Code, the organisation known as Islamic State in Libya is specified.

  2. (2)

    Islamic State in Libya is also known by the following names:

    1. (a)

      IS‑Libya;

    2. (b)

      Islamic State‑Libya;

    3. (c)

      Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant‑Libya;

    4. (d)

      Islamic State of Iraq and al‑Sham‑Libya;

    5. (e)

      Islamic State of Iraq and Syria‑Libya;

    6. (f)

      Wilayat al‑Tarabulus;

    7. (g)

      Wilayat Barqa;

    8. (h)

      Wilayat Barqah;

    9. (i)

      Wilayat Fezzan;

    10. (j)

      Wilayat Tripolitania;

    11. (k)

      Wilayat Tarablus.
