1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Criminal Code Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 9).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 5 June 2005.

Schedule 1 amends the Criminal Code Regulations 2002.

(2)For subregulation (1), Hizballah’s External Security Organisation (ESO) is also known as Islamic Jihad Organisation.
