1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Criminal Code Amendment Regulation 2007 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Criminal Code Regulation 2005.

4. New section 4A

   in part 1, insert

4ADefinitions––Code, s 10 (1), def default application date

The prescribed date is 1 July 2009.
