This Act maybe cited as "The Oriminal Oode Amendment Act of 1913 (No. 2)," and shall be read as one with" The Oriminal Oode."* Amendment of 8.213. Amendment .of 8.215. Amendment .of 8.216. Amendment .of B. 352. Amendment .of t.578. Amendment .of 8.701. Age of Oonsent, Etc. 2. " The Oriminal Code"· is amended as follows : - (i.) In the second and fourth paragraphs of section two hundred and thirteen, the word " fourteen" .is repealed, and the word "seventeen" is inserted in lieu thereof; (ii.) In subsection one and in the second paragraph of section two hundred and fifteen, and in the cro~s- heading to the said section, the word " fourteen" is repealed, and the word " seven- teen" is inserted in lieu thereof: In the third paragraph of the said section, the word "two" is repealed, and the word " six" is inserted in lieu thereof; (iii.) In the first and third paragraphs of section two hundred and sixteen, and in the cross- heading to the said section, the word "four- teen" is repealed, and the word " seventeen" is inserted in lieu thereof; (iv.) In the first and second paragraphs of section three hundred and fifty-two, and in the cross- heading to the said section, the word "sixteen" is repealed, and the word "seventeen" is inserted in lieu thereof; Cv.) In paragraph (c) of section five hundred and seventy-eight, the word "fourteen" is repealed, and the word" seventeen" is inserted in lieu thereof; (vi.) In the first paragraph of section seven hundred and one, and in the cross-heading _to the said section, the word" Rixteen" is repealed, and the words "twenty.one" are inserted in lieu thereof. 63 Vie.
