An Act to amend the Criminal Code 2001

Notified under the Legislation Act 2001 on 7 March 2002

(see Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:

1. Name of Act

   This Act is the Criminal Code Amendment Act 2002.

2. Commencement

   This Act commences, or is taken to have commenced, on 9 March 2002.

3. Act amended

   This Act amends the Criminal Code 2001.

4. Section 2

   substitute

5. Commencement

   This Act commences on 1 January 2003.
