AN ACT to amend section 393 of The Criminal Code.

[Assented to 22 December 1983.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Criminal Short title.

amended. 2. Section 393 of the Code is amended by deleting "If the offender is armed" and substituting the following-

" If the offender is or pretends to be armed ".
