Regulations under the Crimes (Victims Assistance) Act

1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Crimes (Victims Assistance) (Notice of Payment) Regulations.

2Commencement

These Regulations shall come into operation on 20 April 1992.

3Notice of payment

For the purposes of section 21(2) of the Act and to comply with Rule 6 of the Local Court (Crimes (Victims Assistance)) Rules, a notice of payment specifying the amount of assistance, costs and disbursements paid under section 20 of the Act shall be in accordance with Form 1.
