Crimes (Sentencing) Act 2005

  1. Name of regulation

    This regulation is the Crimes (Sentencing) Amendment Regulation 2013 (No 1).

  2. Commencement

    This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

    NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

  3. Legislation amended

    This regulation amends the Crimes (Sentencing) Regulation 2006.

  4. New section 3 (f)

    insert

    (f)the Judicial Commission of New South Wales, established under the Judicial Officers Act 1986 (NSW).
