Crimes (Sentence Administration) Act 2005

1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Crimes (Sentence Administration) Amendment Regulation 2008 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Crimes (Sentence Administration) Regulation 2006.

4. New section 5

   insert

5. Community-based sentence transfer—participating jurisdictions—Act, s 265 (3)

   New South Wales is declared to be a participating jurisdiction.
