I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the
Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the
Dated 21 February 1995.

1.1 The Crimes Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

“13 | Respite Care ACT Incorporated, the Australian Capital Territory | Assessing the suitability of a person to have responsibility for the care of a disabled or aged person in the disabled or aged person’s home | Offences against the person |
14 | Airline within the meaning of the Air Navigation Regulations | Assessing the suitability of a person to have right of access to a part of an aerodrome to which access is restricted for the purposes of an airport security program within the meaning of Division 3 of Part XIVA of the Air Navigation Regulations | Offences of violence and offences of threatened or actual damage to property |
15 | Operator of an airport within the meaning of the Air Navigation Regulations | Assessing the suitability of a person to have right of access to a part of an aerodrome to which access is restricted for the purposes of an airport security program within the meaning of Division 3 of Part XIVA of the Air Navigation Regulations | Offences of violence and offences of threatened or actual damage to property”. |
