CRIMES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (POLICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY) ACT 1998 No 38—PROCLAMATION
(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I. the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council. and in pursuance of section 2 of the Crimes Legislation Amendment (Police and Public Safety) Act 1998. do, by this my Proclamation. appoint 1 July 1998 as the day on which that Act commences.
