I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Crimes (Confiscation of Profits) Amendment Act 1990 with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby fix the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which all the provisions of the Act, except for section 13, shall come into operation.
