This regulation amends the Crimes (Confiscation) Regulation 1996 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (Interstate forfeiture orders) 3. Schedule 2, item 5, ‘section 5’— omit, insert— ‘section 8 or 9(4)(a)’. ˙ Amendment of sch 3 (Interstate pecuniary penalty orders) 4.(1) Schedule 3, items 5 to 7— renumber as items 6 to 8. (2) Schedule 3— insert— 5. The South Australian Act, section 9(4)(b).’. ˙ Amendment of sch 4 (Interstate restraining orders) 5. Schedule 4, item 5, ‘section 6’— omit, insert— ‘section 15’. ˙ Amendment of sch 5 (Dictionary) 6. Schedule 5, definition “the South Australian Act” omit, insert—
